Practically everything at the university was fine. The staff were knowledgeable and experienced. I could always count on their support. Poor service

So far in and online stores, everything always went fast, without problems, but this time the story is different. 13.12.20 customer goods from the store, 14.12.20. Order canceled. Order number: e00187506 call quite impossible, wait about an hour to connect with someone. When someone manages to make a call, it doesn't make much sense, emails are generally ignored. The order is divided into 3 deliveries. When you open the details, it appears that only one of the deliveries has been canceled. An initial caller to cancel other deliveries also said it was a system error and all deliveries have been canceled, although still (28.12.20) shows that only one has been canceled. When I called, he said that the money would be returned in the next few days, he says for two weeks, he seems surprised that the money has not returned to the account yet.
