Poor Quality Furniture with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have made multiple attempts to contact them to no avail Original review posted by user Feb 19, 2021 Purchased furniture with a 5 year "Concierge Service Contract". What a joke. You cannot get in touch with customer service without holding for 30 minutes or more. They do nothing when you finally get them The furniture is crap. Bedroom set coming apart at seams, fabric fraying on chairs and yet, no answer from paid for "Concierge Service". From other complaints and websites this seems to be corporate policy. Take the consumers money and they forget about them. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY AN ANY COST.
