Poor Product/refusal to return phone calls

I received and paid in full for upper dentures in 11/08 at a cost of $1, 400.00. The dentist was Dr. Sarah Pless. I've worn them for a total of 5 hours. I've returned to have them adjusted 3-4 times. I've since called, during business hours, at least 4 times and left messages with Dr. Pless that these dentures will never fit (they feel like I'm having roofing nails hammered into my upper jaw.), and some sort of compromise must be reached. She has never returned a single call, and I'm out $1, 400.00. The most unprofessional dentist I have ever dealt with. Caveat Emptor!!!
