The product does not work period. One year after purchase of the product, the distributor sends me an email stating that I am being billed for recurring fees in the amount of $381.00. I call them and they want to take control of my computer to enter a work order. I refuse and cancelled my credit card just to be safe. I contacted the company and sent them the email and they don't even care to respond.A User's recommendation: Absolutely do not buy.
