I’m a member. Rented several bikes from them in Orlando, Miami, Las Vegas and Foxborough. The locations service is top notch. Just don’t try to call the 800 number and actually talk to anyone. You will be sent to an answering machine and no one will ever call you back. 9 times in two weeks. And I have a rental This coming Saturday and no one will call me. Day after day. I have 13 free days and for the first time thinking about ending my membership.
