Poor lack of communication

I would send emails, messages and even Instagram messages but still nothing. They keep us totally in the dark until the end of the month when they want to debit us, during a pandemic who does that. I hate this gym so much. Whoever's reading this join Virgin Active. I didn't listen to my friend about the terrible service that Zone Fitness would inflict on me. In conclusion Zone Fitness Sucks!
