Poor job and even poorer customer service

Drop the car off on a Saturday had to wait 3 weeks when they asked if the car was going to be ready on Saturday the manager told me he'll let me know no response we drove down on Saturday the shop was closed on the Monday after we went on the Saturday three weeks later the manager we paid for the car to be picked up when the car was picked up runs were in the paint the top cuz it was a convertible had paint on it and the bottom of the car that was also painted black the upper section while I had white paint on it the runs are very large and he's telling me he could buff them off I don't believe you could very poor quality and workmanship and not keeping his customers aware of if the shot was going to be closed or what time the car could be done when I went on the Monday pay for the rear spoiler wasn't even installed yet 3 weeks after the paint job and when my wife tried to show them the problems of the car the gentleman working there blamed it on her she never picked up the card still at the location the shop is on Western Avenue in the city of Gardena California would not take another vehicle back to that location at least until Danny comes back or we'll find a different location User's recommendation: You had a manager named Danny at that location and replaced him with Victor Victor should never been a manager.
