Compliant # [protected] Reply | P Rammohanrao to customercare show details 12:15 PM (7 minutes ago) Dear Sir, With reference to #[protected], on April-15 as assigned by you - Concorde air conditioning Bangalore, installed "Hitachi 1.2T RAU014HQDP, Split AC ". However, - The installation is not proper. - There is no Demo - Customer interaction is very disappointing. -For Installation: ( Needs to be checked by Proper HITACHI technician AGAIN) - Only one person came !!! ( is it really possible to install that much big machine with one person) along with one Lady Mrs. Radha who presented herself as a manager of Concorde air conditioning. - Observed leakage of drain water from pipe in room instead proper out let - Drain pipe is not installed with proper slant position - Stand is not fixed properly. Very loose - All 3 pipes coming from AC are not tied properly, left as it is!!! - is this really procedure??? - Demanding extra costs to put holes on wall ( 250/- each hole) - Charges: ( With Proper bill required from HITACHI) - Demanding Instalaltion charges & Stand cost with out any kind of bill - For Stand demanding 1000/- where as in actual it is 550/- - After installation, as per procedure, "need to sign & stamp warranty card" and produce barcoded slips from Machinery of AC and warrany card & machine # etc... in Hitacchi office which in turn can be used as reference for furher sevices and any other kind of assistance ... WHICH IS NOT DONE AT ALL EVEN AFTER REQUESTING... - And providing proper BIll for getting money for proper services - WHICH IS NOT DONE AT ALL EVEN AFTER REQUESTING... So, I would like to all this to be cheked and addressed properly and provide proper Bill and waranty FROM HITACHI OFFICIALS but not again by any dealer like - concorde. Note: Pls note the same day same time, my Uncle who is staying in same building in ground floor get LG Split a/c installed with out any of above issues and with very satisfaction- for good work with reasonable prices unlike high costs from Hitachi dealer- Concorde.
