Bike to make a difference. 28. 07. 19 I and a child (3. 5g) fly from Melbourne to heraklion (crete). I had a hand luggage bag that met all the weight and size rules. Before taking off, the flight attendant came to the name in May and announced in a very aggressive tone that the bag was placed on the airplane's shelf. I said that I could stay in my bag, where I had all the necessary things for my child during the trip, under the front chair (as well as in the airline regulations) (and I had also flown countless times). He was told in May that he was not allowed to do so and ran away. During the flight, my bernin fell asleep; Shortly before landing ran another stuttering name vital and an even more aggressive tone told me to give a bag to him that he would put him on the plane's top shelf. I said,as never before, because the bag meets the standards, they hold it under the front seat and there are things the child needs. Vitaly insists in a very aggressive way and says raising her voice to me, my child wakes up and gets upset. My mayor was full and I told him to go to my mind and not bother us, because I would submit a suzib for all this flight crew. In short, this smartynx flight was not only rude and unreasonably aggressive on the part of the crew, but also the fact that I was traveling alone with a child, not once did any of the crew ask me if we had anything to offer or help. Service just easy, service zero!
