Poor help with my account sign in

Can't seem to log into my accounts. Called customer service several time and now results. Hadn't had any problem signing into my account until this month. Now they don't seem to know what to do for me to sign in or reset my account login. Very upset. User's recommendation: Not really sure if I would with the problems I've been having.
