Poor ethics and over charge me for non payment

I always pay extra on my account and extra money stay as unapplied fund and this month I was charge for PMI removal fees (I removed my PMI in 2005) I am 2 months in advance for my mortgage payment and I was charged for $XXX for delinquency?? Mr.Cooper do not give crap about your situation about Covid or income or Job loss.
