EVERY TIME power goes out in my neighborhood, it is ALWAYS my section of the street and the street directly behind me. EVERY TIME. No one else in the neighborhood loses power. Last night, we were without power for 5 hours without bad weather or other calamity. So from 5pm until the trucks showed up at 10pm no power, then magically its back on. Now, understand that i complained to Entergy but you know what...what choice do we have? They are the only game in town. Its not like you can go out and shop for a better service. Pathetic. User's recommendation: Purchase a stand by generator for your house, natural gas is much more reliable than Entergy electricity.
