Ordered couch and ottoman in late May. Received at local store 2 weeks ago. As of today July 6th, delivery has not been made. No phone calls or messages they would be late, only that it would be delivered after 3pm. As of now. It is 6:05pm. I will discourage anyone from using this company and this is the last order I will be making. I would encourage others to use rent-A-Center. User's recommendation: Don't use this company.
