Poor customer sservice

I have been trying to reach a customer service rep for 2 days now. I am presently on hold at both their service numbers for over 40 minutes. I attempted to leave my number for a call back and that appears not to be working. I attempted to make changes to my delivery date at their website. It also appears to not be working. User's recommendation: There is NO customer service.
