Poor customer service/month of delayed item

this has been the worst customer service I've yet to receive. I ordered an item a month ago, which was in stock when I order it . on hold for an hour and 15 minutes to only receive an I aploogize User's recommendation: Go into the store never order on line if they don't give you updates on your order.
