I arrived at the Great Clips salon located in the kiln Creek shopping center off of Victory Blvd in Newport News Va. to get a hair cut. I was required to wear a mask which I agreed to do. After 20 minutes the manager said she could see me. I asked her if I could have the other stylist cut it. Shed cut it several times before. In the meantime a woman with 3 kids comes in (online registration). Told me id have to wait till they were done 1st. I said no way, my stylist was ready! User's recommendation: Do Not Use This LOCATION. Rude, poor customer service, unprofessional!
