Poor Customer Service in Singapore

I have the whole set of Miele appliances at home, from steam oven to plate warmer and two ovens, and even coffee machine. But the poor customer service is becoming intolerable. Email them multiple times, they never responded any emails at all (I have all the read receipts). I am very angry with such poor customer service. You call yourself a top global brand with esteem, but the customer service in Singapore is totally hopeless, Germany HQ should look into this problem and get it fixed.
