Poor customer service horrible communication with the customer

Vivid Racings customer service and time management is the worse I have ever encountered. I ordered a product from them and attempted to cancel it a few days later, I was told the product was canceled and my refund would be processed. That did not happen. The product was shipped, I received it and attempted to contact Vivid for a return address. It took me over 2 weeks and numerous calls to Vivids return depart to receive a return address. Once I received the return CRM I was under the impression it would be a free return, it was now I have to pay over 150 dollars to get the product sent back to the company. It has been over 10 days since the item was returned and Vivid said they still have not received it, although on their site it states within 7 days I should be receiving notification of a refund. I supplied Vivid with the tracking number and date it was returned back to them and they could not provide me with any information on their package, I was informed to call UPS and Affirm to resolve the issue until Vivid received the package. Now almost a month after I ordered and returned the item I will have to make a payment on a product that I no longer have and will have to continue to make payments until Vivid receives the package. How is this right? I tried for over 2 weeks to get the product mailed back to Vivid to avoid this issue but their lack of communication and time sensitivity has now forced me to pay an item I do not have. back to them. It has been over prandI User's recommendation: Vivid’s products are great I have ordered from them in the past but I highly recommend be pleased with you product before ordering because you will not get your return in a timely manner.
