Poor Customer service from Bose which is objectionable and not acceptable

Customer Ticket # 991200**** dtd April 1 st 2021 Date 15/06/2021 Dear Mr Shirish, Greetings! Further to the various discussions i have had with you ,i see that there has not been any significant attempt to progress the close thi complaint . My AV 520 Remote has not neen working for the last 4 months and i am waiting for a replacement . The response from the support Team is pathetic and the current ticket is still open.. I have escalated the same to your Regional Manager and his response was also not forthcoming. I am bringing this to your Notice for necessary action.
