I asked for two additional pillows and was very rudely told that there are no more pillows in the entire hotel. He later stated the hotel was only at 50 percent capacity and this was his last week on the job. I asked him how is this possible if the hotel is only at 50 percent capacity? I was currently paying for 3 different rooms and this is how I was treated. I am sorry but without restitution, this will be last time my family and I will ever stay at any hotel that this corporation owns. Also when we booked the rooms we were ttold there User's recommendation: Stay away.
