I've used the Mr. Tire Store on Peters Creek Road in Roanoke Virginia for 4 years now. I have always provided my own oil and oil filter, but he said no in a very rude way and then named an ex-employee that was fired for this. very unprofessional to tell someone else's business. I have a life time tire plan since they were installed there. He then told me there would be a fee to reset my tire pressures afterward1!!??? User's recommendation: Go somewhere else where they don't suddenly enforce supposed rules and charges. Trevor, you suck!!!
