Poor customer service and relationship ,especially after requiring full payment before services are delivered and then not delivering Along with that after promising to deliver missing paperboy doing

See above New Subscription The first 8 days only have had 3 deliveries and prepaid for Service Called and reported and was promised it would be delivered later that day it has never happened This morning Sunday April 25 ,2021 same results After calling and reporting situation and then calling billing department, Finally Sunday paper was delivered As far as I am concerned this type of service is unacceptable on a daily basis, especially with the demand of prepayment Having been a customer for many years when living in Wilmington Delaware and being satisfied ,I am disillusioned and unless there is a mark improvement in the service I. will cancel my subscription I should not have to constantly question and call about lack of delivery User's recommendation: Would not recommend to anyone unless I see a constant and consistent improvement.
