Poor Customer Experience Ikea UAS

Ikea set a delivery date (3 months out after purchase) then confirmed with me 3 times, via text message, leading up to delivery date. When truck showed up they left a packing slip that said my entire order was missing and left it on my doorstep. I called customers service at sat on hold for 1.5 hours. After finally talking to someone they transferred me to someone else and I sat on hold for another 45 min. Ikea customer support was super unhelpful and never resolved my issue. I sat on hold for 1.5 hours.
