Update by user Jun 25, 2021 Banggood resolved my complaint to my complete satisfaction. In hindsight I believe beauraracy was the culprit and perhaps a little language translation. A window appears and the item is not showing. I therefore cannot continue with the complaint User's recommendation: email access is very poor.
