Poor Claims process and Customer Service

Submitted a claim and received confirmation it will be reviewed in 2-3d, 6d later no update. Called customer service and they were only able to tell me I will get a response ASAP. When I email, I get a message that they are no longer offering email support. This is the second time I have a claim fall into a black hole. Last time took 45 to resolve. Who knows how long this will take. They have poor response times, terrible follow up and bad customer service. Save yourself the painful experience of dealing with these guys, do not buy their products.
