Poor and untrained customer service.

I ordered an upgrade from a local AT&;;;;T store.Was told it would arrive in 2 to 3 days.NO PHONE .After calling customer service was told the phone was NO longer available.Computers should tell you this when ordering NOT after waiting 6 days of waiting on phone.THIS IS POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.TRAIN STORE Reps Better Run. User's recommendation: Stay away from AT&T.
