Very very disappointing!!!! I wanted to take pole dancing classes for YEARS, as a birthday gift 6 years ago I had a pole party. The experience was great which made me more intrigued. I wasn't able to do so at the time because I worked night shifts. I spoke with my partner about it in casual conversation and to my surprise the classes were booked, I was ecstatic! My 1st class for the Novice series was on September 21, 2016 class went well and I was looking forward to my next class. September 24, 2016 the Pole Pump class was scheduled for 12:30pm the instructor was a NO CALL NO SHOW!!! When the owner was contacted she claimed this has never happened and was worried about the instructor. Although another student waiting with me admitted to the same thing happening to her the previous Monday. The owner assured us that the fees paid for class that day would be returned (which has yet to be done). Today September 26, 2016 the Poleooza Discovery class was set for 6:30pm AGAIN NO CALL NO SHOW!!! NO COURTESY CALL, TEXT, EMAIL ETC. My classes are BOOKED and PAID for in advance so there's no reason why an instructor did not show YET AGAIN! As a business how do you take someone's money and not have the class that was promised? This is the 2nd time in a few days that this has happened and it's completely UNACCEPTABLE. Rushing from work to make it to class and no one was there, lights off and to add to the foolishness the owner didn't pick up the phone nor can you ever get someone to answer the phone and the voice-mail doesn't allow you to leave a message. I'm so disappointed!!!
