Please make product easier to open

I bought this blower vac about 2 years ago. I noticed the on/off switch was difficult to switch on/off. No problem as it still worked. Recently it broke. I tried to open it and look at the switch contacts. It was very hard to open, so I took it to a local lawn mower repair shop. the shop does not work on electric equipment. I asked if they knew anyone who does these. Long story short, I had the option to mail the blower back paying for postage and handling, waiting about 4 weeks to get the blower back. I would have probably paid more just to get the repair. I decided to either throw it away or try to open it. After taking out about 10 screws, I still could not find why it would not open. so, the trash can was my next option. What the heck, I had to know what was holding this thing together so I pried it open, the plastic broke. It turns out there was another screw that I did not see as the blower vac label was covering the screw whole. I punched a whole through the label to take out the screw. The vac cannot be repaired now, but I know what the cause was. Craftsman marketing should not place a name brand sticker over screw covers. Very disappointed since I live on a budget and $75 is not pocket change for me. I may not buy anymore craftsman tools/equipment from now on.
