This is in regard to order 400******** All I want to do is cancel my order, which you neglected to send me. It has been two weeks, and every time I try to get in touch with you, I get a form letter, a hold time of over thirty minutes, and no chat available. JUST CANCEL IT at this point - I don't want to do business with a company like this.
