Please help me!

I have been trying to contact ANYONE that is a human being to do a return... and y'all do not get back to me and if it passes 30 days because I cannot get help, this is ridiculous! If I had known your customer service was so bad I cannot even talk to anyone!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR RIME OR MONEY.
