I bought this treadmill in September. I am so surprised at how easily the plastic floor of the machine has been breaking. I wish I could upload photos to show what is happening with the machine. I am so disappointed because I bought this machine to avoid going to the gym during this pandemic. I wasn't expecting such a fast damage less than a year after I got it. I would really want this fixed or taken care oh. Thanks. I have reached out to the CS through Amazon but no answer.
