Ordered the plano extreme angler during a holiday sale. Showed up broken in two places. The front side doors were both broken. One cracked through the cover, the other had a broken hinge. Thin cardboard box and no packing material like bubble wrap. Customer service was great in ordering a replacement. Showed up again broken. Top side panel broke. Now a return for good. Customer service is great but shipping lacks quality material, pride in their company or care for their products. Customer service were great, especially Hannah and Ron. But your shipping department needs reprimanded, provided proper shipping material. Take some pride
