Pititful service, rude agents and supervisors

Purchased a pair of insoles for feet. A disclaimer somehow claimed if i ordered this product, after 60 days my card will be billed for a monthly fee. I called, email explained . The support emailed me back explaining what may have happened, I suggested calling myself. Called 3 times on Apr 10, 2020. put on hold for more than 20, then i hung up, called back on hold for over 30 minutes while they processed refund. Finally they hung up called again, as soon as I explained they hung up. Both agents and supervisor hung up. Sent a final email to their support, waiting reply, by the way, i never subscribe to this special monthly service User's recommendation: Avoid this company all together. Any company that tolerates rude service should go out of business.
