my wife bought me a new 55 inch insignia tv for christmas november 2019 the backlight went out on april 3 2021 they tell me it only has a one year warranty on it on line it says any tv over 37 inches since 2009 has a 2 year wannaty on it when i confronted the rep with it he got very offended when i asked him for his name and hung up me njever buy anything from chinese best buy they lie and sell nothing but discontinued junk any respectible company the size4 of best buy should not quibble 60 or 90 days on products that the sell it does not cost them anything to get replacement from insigniahey best buy6 why dont you stop selling junk or yoiu eat it like a real bussiness your nothing but a chinise junk dealer User's recommendation: dont buy from junk dealers like best buy.
