Original review updated by user May 31, 2021 I purchased a sofa online for my new apartment on Nov. 13 2020. Within minutes of the purchase, Northeast took the full amount, plus shipping costs and taxes. It is now June 1, 2021 and I still have not received my sofa. I've left countless voicemails and they will not answer the phone or return the calls. I am at the end of my rope. They have pushed my delivery date back 6 times and there is still no solid date for my delivery.. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from this company. After they get your money, they could care less about you!
