Update by user Apr 02, 2021 They replied something like, "That's awful! We forwarded your complaint to their central office", saying there would be some sort of response. There never was. Note that at this moment, there are 499 complaints regarding Visionworks. They simply don't care. The lack of response to all of us is not negligence. They simply DON'T CARE. Its a purposely ignored blow-off. Original review posted by user Mar 02, 2021 Your Neptune location has its voice-mail set to keep callers in and endless loop to dissuade customers from calling and encourage them to use online services. It's rude. It's bad business. It loses customers. Including me. I will not be returning to Visionworks. Prove to me that you have reprogrammed your voice-mail system and I'll consider returning and NOT going out of my way to tell people that your customer communication is not only poor, but non-existent. User's recommendation: Show companies like Visionworks that prompt human contact is essential for keeping customers happy. Such systems and policies lose customers.
