Received the above plant, followed directions as enclosed and still no growth. Client number:001-[protected] Order number:[protected] I have not paid this bill of $20.61 and refuse to do so as it did not grow. Also received an incorrect order of Hostas which I did not order. I ordered Lenten Rose which was not received. As of today, I have not received a bill for the incorrect item, which again, I will not pay for. I continue to have more problems with Publishers Clearing House and items ordered. I will not continue to order from them again.
