The no pull harness is a piece of junk. The velcro is inferior, so if your dog pulls hard (as mine does) the front will disengage and your dog is loose. When I inquired about returning it I was informed that they have a no return policy. Would have been helpful to make that clear up front, but of course that doesnt happen. Instead I was offered 40% off if another item. Sure, thats what a need - another useless item. The items ship from China on the slow boat. This is not a reputable company.
