I had arranged a pickup of the equipment over a week ago. They want you to call on the day on the pickup to get a time. Calling on the day of the pickup we are informed that the dispatch has moved on and we have to arrange for a pick for another day. It should be easy to be able to require for pickup of the equipment and provides notes to contact the Team who picks up the equipment. The customer service leaves a lot to be improved. It is quite convenient for this company to delay the pickup to charge the customer extra month of Rent. Delay in pickup result in inconvenience to the customer and you might be liable to pay extra to the leasing office for keeping your stuff. User's recommendation: Avoid this Company.
