Pickup Job Failure

Your delivery person is supposed to collect an item today. (Order: 31815****). The status of pickup is shown as pick up failed. I dont know what happened as the person is at home at all times today expecting the pick up! I need the item to be urgently pick up and delivered to me by tomorrow! Please call me at 9450**** urgently.
