I had a horrible experience trying to book a cruise over the phone not only was I lied to, transferred 6 times while on the call if that is not frustrating enough the call lasted 2 hours do to NCL lack of care and customer service. To put the icing on the cake the so called supervisor was of less help than the regular agent that I spoke with she had no customer service skills and thought a $50 on board credit would make up for the lies that were told the multiple transfers and two hour call that should have been a 20 minute call at best. I reached out to corporate to voice my concerns only to be ignored. NCL deserves F's across the board I recommend cruising with another cruise line that cares about their customers and retaining their customers business
