I have been trying to get my phone to work for about 2months...I got the new 5g sim card.i have tried so many times.hours of being on the phone.yestetday I was on hold for a hour and a half.agent nj ever came back to line....I got a new phone and got sim card day later.the new sim card is the problem.dont know why I need it.....it is just very terrible to go threw this. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
