On Tuesday, July 12, in response to my request, a repairman was sent to repair a broken phone jack. When he arrived, immediately upon entering the apartment, he was verbally abusive and towards my 93 year old, handicapped mother, claiming the phone jack was from "verizon" and after further shouting and aggressive outbursts, he left claiming nothing could be done. Please advise.
