Just spoke to the rudest girl on the help line. Need to retrieve important message from message machine One she was swearing to a college while I was trying to disconnect battery from phone Basically told me I would have to send it in & easier to buy new phone. I told her I am happy to buy new phone but want someone to see if they can retrieve message Said I wasn’t paying attention to her I asked for address to send & she wouldn’t give it to me Told me I just need to buy new phone It was infact her who was not listening to me! Then told me they don’t make this model anymore so couldn’t fix it Rudest person I have experienced Great for your business!!!
