Phone device not performing correctly.

Phone will not let me answer it. No matter how many times I try, it will not open no matter how many times I swipe it. Assurance Wireless consistently sends me *** devices that are out dated, refurbished, or just very cheap devices. They send me crap that I am supposed to depend on to reliably get help in emergencies. User's recommendation: Beware of the *** devices that they send to you.
