Hello I tried to get into contact with your company to reporr this problem and i spoke to a Lindsy at 800-224-**** and she gave me a case # 2020-US-037758 I would like to be refunded the $29.99 that I spent for this item as i will not put it back on my companion pet. User's recommendation: Never buy this item.
