Pension Fund has failed to pay-out contributions

he MUNICIPAL COUNCILLORS PENSION FUND has been unable to pay-out. They have NO MONEY. Does it mean that THEY ARE BANKRUPT? IF they had money then they would have paid me because I secured a Court Order against them in 2009 - in which The Court ORDERED them to pay me but they still did not. WHY NOT ?... because THEY MAY WELL BE BANKRUPT! 1. If you are presently a CITY COUNCILLOR who is contributing to the Municipal Councillors Pension Fund, ' dan is jy in Strond Straat en jou geld gaan bad'. Resign now and get your money out (if it's not already too late) and GET A COURT ORDER against them BEFORE their assets are sold-off. 2. If you WERE a Councillor and have not CLAIMED your money yet, let me help you through the Courts, I know people who know people who know people. 3. If you are a new Councillor and thinking of joining this SLAPGAT, UNRELIABLE and INCOMPETENT pension fund, DON'T,...'jy gaan jou geld in die water gooi, ou maat'. 4. If you DO NOT BELIEVE ME, search the web and you will see if there are Municipalities fighting with them. It is my candid opinion that the MCPF MUST BE BANKRUPT ! If they deny this then let them debate this issue 'live' with me on television.
