Denial of needed care not once, repeatedly

I have pseudogout, which causes arthritis. I need three surgeries, one on my hand and two full knee replacements. The first two were denied, and I am sure if they were performed, the third would be as well. This is the worst company ever. It’s Health Not, not Health Net.any
