I bought Lazyboy sofa, love seat and recliner almost 4 years ago. I also bought fabric protection plan. Called Lazy Boy they told me they are not responsible . It is over a year old, to call fabric protection plan which is guaranteed for 5 years. The fabric protection company sent me out forms to fill out for each piece of furniture. I filled them out and mailed them back. Never heard back from anybody. Called company, was then told they do not cover peeling furniture. I would never have bought extra protection plan if I knew this. Lazy Boy stated there is nothing they can do So disappointed I have had Lazy Boy furniture before but will never buy again User's recommendation: Do not buy Lazy Boy Leather or vinyl furniture.
