booking no. LSL7AK order KYBWDW. I made the order on 6.8.19. Tap flights were cancelled due to corona virus. I paid 591 $ and on 21.7.21 got a message that you are about to pay back only 143 $. I have two questions: 1. why only 25% ??? where is my money ? 2. have you paid me already the refund ? how ? I can't see it in any of my credit cards. please email me back: [protected]@gmail.com
